George joined WebsterHart in 2017, following a successful career in private service working internationally for several notable private clients. He now heads the property management department for the company.    

Eric has a robust background in management in the luxury industry and a proven track record in the property management sector. Eric excels in overseeing high-end property portfolios and delivering bespoke services to UHNW clients. His leadership experience has equipped him with the skills to drive operational excellence, manage complex projects, and create tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

Zoe joined WebsterHart in 2019 as one of the original members of our Country Team. Zoe’s extensive experience is applied to the management of some of the UK’s finest country homes and their surrounding land.

Having spent the last 7 years working in the luxury hospitality industry around the globe, Sarah has begun her next chapter in her professional career by joining the WH team in France in 2024.  Her experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of high-end service, attention to detail and the importance of delivering under pressure.

Guy has extensive experience across the prime residential sector and previously managed the estate of a prominent family in the UK. He became a Partner of WebsterHart in 2023 and heads up the country team specialising in the management of estates and country houses, whilst also overseeing client property around the globe.

Hannah qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2019, gaining valuable experience in the management of country estate portfolios for both private and institutional clients. Joining WebsterHart in 2023, Hannah now specialises in the management of super-prime residential properties and leads on the Property Inspection service.

Having worked as an EA with a background in luxury hospitality, Carmen is now an experienced property manager and administrator providing a high level of property management with a genuine commitment to service.

With a background in historic motor racing engineering, Jack joined WebsterHart in 2022 with a focus on applying his extensive technical knowledge & tenacity to the management of large and complex private residences.

Sophie brings extensive experience from the luxury ski chalet, yacht, and private home sectors, which has equipped her with a transferable skill set in property management. Since joining WebsterHart in 2024, she is assisting in managing super prime residential properties in central London.

After a successful career in the military, Russ spent 5 years with a private client, providing direct estate and property management across multiple properties, both in the UK and overseas. Russ now specialises in the management of super-prime residential properties and heads up the London Property Management team.

Michael has spent the last 5 years providing complex property management services to clients both in the UK and France. Michael now heads up our operations in Paris and his technical knowledge and overall expertise enable him to provide a solution-based service to all our clients.

Gabriella joined WebsterHart in 2023 and comes from the hospitality industry where she learned the importance of high-end service and customer relations. Gabriella knows the value and importance of client interactions and delivering a high-quality service.

With a solid background in the hospitality industry, Jeremy has excelled as a butler and personal assistant on luxury yachts, private jets, and exclusive residences. Jeremy's experience has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of clients' needs, allowing him to deliver a personalised and high-level service.

Mark has over twenty years' experience in the management of high value residential property. He was the estate manager for a prominent international family’s holdings in Surrey and latterly ran his own successful property management company based in Wentworth. After living on Wentworth for over 40 years, Mark has in depth knowledge of the local area and an enviable network to assist in delivering a top-level service to our clients. 

Madeleine has a global background in luxury event planning and private estate management, specializing in staff management, complex logistics, and property operations. Fluent in Italian and French, she blends cultural sensitivity with sharp attention to detail. Her international education, including a Masters from LUISS in Rome, underpins her strategic, service-focused approach.

Louie joins WH from a leading international property firm having begun his career in Estate Management, advising private & institutional clients on all matters of property and land. Louie's years spent living in France, coupled with his love for fine country homes and attention to detail positions him well to look after clients from all corners of the globe looking for a slice of British country life.
